TREMOI (TREY) MARTIN - Tournament Director
Coach Trey is originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands where volleyball continues to grow in its schools. He is no stranger to the game since he started playing at the young age of 8. During his freshman year in High School, Coach Trey started as a setter before transitioning to an outside hitter and becoming captain of the team. He started coaching while in high school when he coached the Avengers men's junior volleyball team to victory during the Volleyball Winter League in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
As a college freshman, he joined the men’s club volleyball at George Mason University where he learned the importance of a positive team environment and working hard as a team to grow and get better. Since graduating, he continues to actively play in indoor and outdoor doubles leagues/tournaments across the region. Coach Trey joined No Panic last season coaching indoor, outdoor/Sand Storm and as a tournament director. He offers a calm personality while encouraging players to push themselves to another level. His ability to evaluate players and teach is a great addition to the No Panic coaching crew.

How is your experience coaching with NPV so far?
My experience has been awesome. I really enjoy seeing the players progress over the season. It has not only made me a better coach but a mentor as well on and off the court.
What do you enjoy doing outside of volleyball?
Outside of volleyball I enjoy playing sports, hanging out with friends, going to the gym, eating amazing food, and traveling!
