Our No Panic High Performance Training (NPHP) program targets, but is not limited to volleyball athletes. Coach Ricky Sorlouangsana focuses on helping young athletes improve form, speed, and agility. All vital elements in any sport.
HOW OLD DO ATHLETES NEED TO BE?
Open to ages 11+ (adults welcome). Coach Ricky trains most of our No Panic Volleyball coaches too!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Volleyball specific workouts
• Beginner - Intermediate speed, agility, quickness workouts
• Beginner - Intermediate strength, power & dynamic flexibility
• Movement economy and energy usage
• Corrective exercise and body alignment
• ACL and MCL injury prevention
• Biomechanic (running form, jumping form, hitting form,
WE ALSO OFFER
Private Training: no more than 5 in a small group
Group Sessions: every Sundays 2:00 pm - 1:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Duration: 1 hour
Package: 4 sessions $90 (group sessions only)
Private: $75 for one player, $50 for 2 or more (no more than 5 players in a small group)
