DANIEL KWACK - No Panic 15s Assistant Coach
Coach Daniel started playing volleyball during his middle school years in Korea and converted to tennis in high school. It was his love for volleyball that allowed him to pursue coaching He started coaching over 7 years ago at a local recreational league to help the organization and to help his daughter get into volleyball before coaching with No Panic.
Coach Daniel enjoys the team aspect of the sport and being able to work in a fast-paced environment. “The game requires the players to constantly communicate with each other to be able to win.”
NPV: What gets you moving about coaching?
Coach Daniel: I love the interaction with the players – as I can directly and indirectly impact them on how they handle themselves on and off the court. I truly believe that good coaches can keep the plyers focused yet maintain the fun-factor during the match.
NPV: What are some philosophies you’d like to share with young athletes that you live in your own everyday life?
Coach Daniel: No matter what the result, you are a winner if you feel that you did your absolute best.
