CAOILINN MCLANE - No Panic 14 Black Assistant Coach
Coach Caoilinn McLane is the eldest daughter of the awesome Coach Lybbi McLane who has coached with No Panic from the beginning. Coach Caoilinn has competed in soccer and volleyball her whole life. During her sixth grade year Coach Caoilinn began playing volleyball after a friend asked her to join the Loudoun Youth Volleyball recreation league. She instantly fell in love with the sport of volleyball. Volleyball has taught Coach McLane many things about life. One thought she’d like to teach to young minds, “It doesn't matter what other people think, with hard work and dedication you can achieve more than anyone else believes is possible."
Coach Caoilinn is currently a student at John Champe High School. She was a member of the varsity volleyball and soccer teams at Champe High School. Coach Caoilinn has been a No Panic player since the beginning. She states to love the club culture and coaching philosophy at the No Panic Volleyball Club. The best thing about the coaches at No Panic is their commitment to develop strong well rounded players. She looks forward to coaching and taking part in developing young players!
